Description: With this plugin on surf_ski_2, admins with "e" access flag (ADMIN_SLAY), gets a menu through which they can teleport players on mario room, scout place, gun room, awp place or team spawns.

CVARs:
surfski2_adminmenu 1|0 - 1-enable/0-disable the plugin. (Default 1)

Commands: say or say_team:
/surfski2menu - open the menu with all players. Select a player and select the location to teleport

NOTE: Available only for map surf_ski_2.
