Description: This plugin pointed to punish unfair players who don't follow the rules at the surf_ski_2. So basically this plugin can:
• Throw player out of mario room / gun room / jail after defined time. (by cvar)
• It can stop killing players in mario room / gun room / jail. (by cvar)
• Prints helpful messages to players.

Required Modules:
• engine
• hamsandwich

CVARs:
rw_ss2_jail_nokill 1|0 - Players 1-immortal / 0-mortal in a jail. (Default 0).
rw_ss2_gunroom_nokill 1|0 - Players 1-immortal / 0-mortal in a gun room. (Default 1).
rw_ss2_marioroom_nokill 1|0 - Players 1-immortal / 0-mortal in a mario room. (Default 1).
rw_ss2_jail_time [seconds] - Amout of time that player can be in jail. Put 0 to disable this feature. If you have "no jail" plugin, put 0 for safety. (Default 1).
rw_ss2_gunroom_time [seconds] - Amout of time that player can be in gun room. Put 0 to disable this feature. (Default 15).
rw_ss2_marioroom_time [seconds] - Amout of time that player can be in mario room. Put 0 to disable this feature. (Default 30).

NOTE: Works only for map surf_ski_2.
