Description: This plugin is very similar to Killa HP made by jas0n. Basically this all that plugins based on Kill Text Announce plugin by Alka.
So It display death/kill message in chat with colors, but this plugin is (multilingual). Also it plays remaining Health and Armour of Attacker in valve vox sounds (doesn't need any sound download)

CVARs:
amx_chatmsg_killer 1|0 - Enable/Disable chat message for killer (Default: 1 - ON)
amx_chatmsg_victim 1|0 - Enable/Disable chat message for victim (Default: 1 - ON)
amx_play_sound 1|0 - Enable/Disable vox sound for victim (Default: 1 - ON)

NOTE:
You can change/modify chat message colors in the language *.txt file located in addons/amxmodx/data/lang named kill_chat_message.txt !
Message colors usage:
- !y - Yellow (Normal chat color)
- !t - Team Color (Red=T, Blue=CT, Grey=Spec)
- !g - Green
